Aimed at those who are new to aerial and/or individuals who wish to reignite their aerial foundation knowledge/conditioning and training routine.
In this workshop we will be focusing on control and movements of the human body to help develop a safe and effective training practice. Come and learn tips and tricks to start or continue your development and relationship with one of the most magical aerial arts.
If you want to explore new ways of staying fit this is a great workshop, as you will experience a full body workout without knowing it. Build superhuman strength and endurance, whilst improving your flexibility.
Prior aerial experience is not required. Once completed you will be welcome to practice what you’ve learnt at Circus Open Training, Tuesdays at Open Source Arts.
Natalie is trained in aerial arts and teaches both Yoga and Aerial circus. Passionate about calisthenics and handstands. 300 hour trained Yoga professional and Aerial Circus instructor.
