About the facilitator, Izzy Brittain – Izzy is a playful and curious yoga teacher. Deeply passionate about helping people to connect mind, body & breath, her classes are creatively designed, infusing traditional yoga philosophy in an accessible way to bring peace and presence to busy lives. Her usual teaching style is Hatha Flow (a mixture of slow, strengthening Hatha and Vinyasa Flow). Classes build slowly, developing strength, flexibility and resilience, with a focus on alignment, breath and fluidity to facilitate greater awareness and freedom. She also integrates elements of Restorative yoga (mind focused relaxation).
Izzy approaches yoga as a complete philosophy and a wonderful framework for holistic health. She believes that when we practice in this way, yoga can free us to live more aligned, authentic, embodied and creative lives!
