Say It With Your Chest #3 : The Film Open Mic

The nomadic poetry and spoken word night returns for its third event, and this time we will be taking over Open Source Arts for the night.

Expect more firebrand poetry from some of our local favourites, representing the eclectic and exciting Leeds scene.

This time around, we are going to be hosting a Film Open Mic. This means both our featured and open mic poets can either do a live performance or play a short film of their spoken word or poetry, or one they have been involved in and can discuss.

Pay What You Decide – The event is free but we welcome donations after the night where you may make a contribution based on how you have felt about SIWYC3.

Our featured poets for the evening are:

Lence is a Hip Hop and Spoken Word Artist from Leeds, merging a passionate fast paced delivery with insightful social commentary. Fresh of releasing his new mixtape ‘Like You Are’.
