DESCRIPTION:Aerial Silks / Wednesdays 6-7pm \nJoin Jess\, to learn climbs\, inverts\, locks and stunning shapes on the aerial silks. \nAerial Silks are one of the most beautiful forms of aerial arts\, and although challenging at times\, the strength and confidence gained is like no other. \nThis class is perfect for complete beginners or those with some aerial silks experience. All shapes will be accessible from the ground with the option to take it to the air when you feel ready.
