DESCRIPTION:AcroYoga is a dynamic partner practice that blends the wisdom of yoga\, the dynamic power of acrobatics\, and the loving kindness of healing arts. These three lineages form the foundation of a partner practice that cultivates trust\, playfulness\, and community. \nThis session is primarily a jam session\, where you can practice and play together. \nFor beginners there will also be some time at the start of this session where a couple of people will work with beginners to help for the first hour or so.  \nJoin us for a jam\, we will progress our practice and solve problems together. If you would like to join us for conditioning/handstand training then please come along. \nBring a drink\, snack\, and comfortable clothes good for moving around. \nJoin the AcroYoga Facebook group to meet others in the community.
