All genders, ages 18+, body types and levels of experience welcome. Whilst these classes are suitable for all levels, please note that I will not be specifically teaching technique like I usually would in my Beginners & Intermediate courses. These drop-in classes are aimed at getting you moving & feeling sassy with some fun choreography.
